What is Coolcolab?+
The workspace for creatives: step-by-step collabs, quotes, invoices, contracts, client portal and payments, all in one place. Every project is a “collab” that starts, gets tracked, wraps up… and starts again.
Who is Coolcolab for?+
For freelancers, studios and creative agencies: web and mobile developers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, musicians, wedding planners… and anyone who sells services by the project.
How do I create my account?+
Enter your email or continue with Google, then answer three questions: your studio, whether you invoice in your own name or on behalf of an agency, and the payment methods you offer. Done.
Is Coolcolab free?+
Yes, the Solo plan is free forever for up to 3 active collabs. See pricing.
What plans are there?+
Solo, free forever (3 active collabs, unlimited quotes and invoices, client portal, 50 MB). Pro, $10 a month or $7 a month billed yearly (unlimited collabs, forms, signatures, recurring invoices, reminders, multi-currency, showcase, 3 workflows, 1 GB). Studio, by talking to the team (unlimited agencies and workflows, AI credits, custom document design). →

invoices
Can I invoice in XAF and in euros?+
Yes, each document has its own currency: XAF, euro, dollar, pound, naira or Canadian dollar.
How do I set up a recurring invoice?+
In the invoice editor, turn on “Recurring invoice”, pick the frequency and, if needed, the line to bill every month or every year.
Can I invoice on behalf of my agency?+
Yes. Create your agencies in Settings → Profile, then choose “Issue as” on each document.
Do my documents show RCCM, NIU and VAT numbers?+
Yes, fill them in on your profile or your agency's page: they show up automatically in the header and footer of your documents.

payments
Do my clients need to create an account?+
No, they log in to their portal with a code sent by email.
Which payment methods can my clients use?+
Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, card, bank transfer and PayPal, depending on what you turn on in Settings → Currencies.
How does my client follow their collab?+
They get a link to their portal: they see the steps, download deliverables, comment, pay and sign.
Can my client leave a review?+
Yes, from their portal. Reviews can then appear on your showcase page.
Account &
data
Is there a Mac app?+
Yes, download it here. Your data is the same as on the web.
What happens when I run out of storage?+
You can delete deliverables or received files, or move up to a higher plan. Signed documents and invoices are always kept.
Is my data safe?+
Yes: isolated access, passwordless login, private files and encrypted communications. See Security.
How do I delete my account?+
Email us at hello@coolcolab.com from your account address: we'll delete your workspace and your data.
