Privacy policy
Coolcolab respects your privacy and that of your clients. This policy explains, simply, what data we process and why.
The data we process
- Your account: email address, name, studio name, country, profession.
- Your business information: contact details, RCCM, NIU, VAT, branches and bank details that you choose to display on your documents.
- The content of your workspace: clients, collabs, documents, messages, comments, files.
- Your clients' data: the data you enter (name, email, phone, address) and the data they add on their portal.
- Technical data: connection logs required for the security of the service.
Why
Solely to provide the service: logging you in, saving and syncing your workspace, displaying your clients' portal, sending notifications and supporting you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who is responsible for what
For your account data, Coolcolab is the data controller. For your clients' data that you enter in Coolcolab, you are the controller, and Coolcolab acts as a processor on your behalf.
Our service providers
Supabase (database, authentication, storage, in Europe) and Cloudflare (website delivery). They process data solely on our behalf.
Retention period
For as long as your account is active. After your account is deleted, your data is erased within 30 days, except for information the law requires us to keep longer.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, export it or request its deletion by writing to hello@coolcolab.com. We reply within one month at the latest.

The website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement. See the Cookies page.
