Security
Your quotes, your invoices, your files and your clients' information are precious. Here's how we protect them, without the jargon.
Isolated access
Every workspace is isolated at the database level. A client only sees the collabs shared with them, and nothing else.
No password
Log in with a 6-digit code sent by e-mail: no reused or stolen passwords.
Private files
Your files are stored in a private space, accessible through temporary signed links.
Encryption
All communications go over HTTPS. Data is encrypted on our servers.
Backups
Data is backed up regularly by our hosting provider so it can be restored.
No ads
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Ever.
Where is your data?
Coolcolab relies on Supabase (PostgreSQL database, authentication and file storage) hosted in a data center in Europe, and on Cloudflare to serve the website. These providers are recognized for their security practices.
Who can see what?
- You and your team see everything related to your workspace.
- Your clients only see the collabs you share with them: visible steps, deliverables, documents sent, messages and invoices.
- The Coolcolab team only accesses your workspace if you ask for support, or if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can export your documents, correct your information and delete your account at any time. To exercise your rights, write to us at hello@coolcolab.com. The details are in our privacy policy.
